Commercial Mediation enables the prevention and resolution of conflicts through a confidential process, faster and less costly than legal proceedings:

• within your company, at the level of shareholders, senior management, or management and teams
• with your business partners
• with your customers and/or their agents

This process includes the identification and implementation of lasting solutions in which the interests of all parties are satisfied, notably by integrating all aspects of the conflict (economic, legal, relational, stakes for your business development and future interest in avoiding a lawsuit, etc.) by restoring communication.

Commercial Mediation enables the identification and adoption of a consensual resolution satisfactory to all parties.
